Our purpose is reflected in four core commitments:

Responsible Technology

We design and deliver technology solutions that prioritise security, transparency and responsible software development. We actively pursue efficient computing approaches, including the development of AI systems designed to operate effectively on smaller models that reduce computational energy consumption.

Positive Workplace Culture

We seek to build a workplace where people are treated fairly, paid appropriately and able to contribute meaningfully to the success of the company. We promote open communication, ethical behaviour and accountability across our organisation and our global network of collaborators.

Sustainable Business Practices

As a remote-first company we operate with a low operational footprint and offset our carbon emissions annually. We aim to minimise environmental impact while supporting our clients in building more efficient digital systems.

Community Impact

As part of our commitment to creating positive social impact, Voodoo Park donates 10% of its annual profits to the Voodoo Park Trust, an independent charitable organisation established by the company.

The Trust supports women who are socially or economically disadvantaged by providing grants and funding to increase participation in education, training and business entrepreneurship.

Through this commitment we aim to expand access to opportunity and support long-term economic empowerment in underserved communities.

Voodoo Park commits to considering the impact of its decisions on all stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, communities and the environment.

Approval

This Purpose Statement has been reviewed and approved by the CEO of Voodoo Park Ltd and forms part of the company’s governance framework and strategic direction.
