VDP Global donated 10% of its profits to the trust and supports projects all round the world.

A registered charity that aims to create opportunities for disadvantaged women around the world by increasing access to finance, training & support services for those starting up or growing their businesses.

Everyone that works for VDP is a member of the the worlds first international software engineering Union — the VDPU.

The Union ensures that everyone receives the same rights and treatment regardless of where they work, or how they are employed by VDP. VDPU is separate to VDP Global and is run by a professional union convener.
